Get your people back to work sooner, cut claim duration, and take the injury-management load off your team.
When someone gets hurt at work, the clock starts immediately — and every day of delay makes the outcome worse and the claim more expensive. Most employers only reach for help after a claim is lodged and the worker has already been off for weeks.
Help that arrives weeks after the injury, once the worker is already deconditioned and disengaged from work.
Experience-rated premiums that climb with every drawn-out claim and are slow to come back down.
Managers doing injury admin and chasing doctors and insurers instead of running the floor.
Because the same team does all of it, nothing falls between providers, and every decision is made with the full picture.
Functional, job-specific screening matched to the real physical demands of the role — so you don't place someone into a job their body can't sustain. Includes fitness-for-work assessments and baseline documentation that protects you if a claim arises later.
Before injuryThe differentiator. We see the injured worker within 24–48 hours of an incident — from the time of injury until the claim is accepted — not weeks later. Immediate triage, treatment, suitable-duties advice, and worker engagement. This is what shortens claims.
Day of injuryWe take the load off your team — injury triage and register, liaison with the treating doctor and your insurer, and structured suitable-duties and graded RTW plans backed by functional capacity evaluations. We support your internal process; we're your clinical partner, not your insurer.
Pre-acceptanceWhen a claim is accepted, Thrive is your treating physiotherapy provider — the full course of evidence-based treatment, in-clinic or on-site, coordinated with the RTW plan so recovery and work capacity move together.
Claim acceptedA clear, coordinated pathway from before the first injury to a safe, durable return to work.
A single avoided long claim, or one prevented premium increase, typically pays for a year of the partnership.
Treatment for accepted claims billed at NSW workers compensation scheme/gazetted rates, not included in the retainer. Pricing is indicative and ex GST.
Screening, early intervention, claim support and treatment under one roof — not four disconnected vendors passing a worker between them.
Initial consults within 24–48 hours, on-site delivery across Greater Western Sydney, and a named contact who knows your business.
Suitable duties and graded return-to-work that shorten claims — not passive treatment that gives workers permission to stay home longer.
Principal Physiotherapist & Director — clinical expertise plus an operator who understands the cost, capacity and compliance pressures of running a business.

Thrive provides physiotherapy and employer-funded injury management services. "Internal claim support" means supporting your business to manage its own injuries — we are not an insurer or scheme agent. Where a formal NSW workers compensation claim requires a SIRA-approved Workplace Rehabilitation Provider, we coordinate with one. We are pursuing SIRA WRP approval as a next step.
We work with employers across all industries — from construction and manufacturing to healthcare, hospitality, warehousing, professional services and retail. If your workforce faces physical demands and you carry workers compensation exposure, the WHS & Injury Management Partner model works for you.
Our commitment is an initial injury consult within 24–48 hours of being notified. For retainer clients, this is a guaranteed response time. For fee-for-service clients, we do our best to accommodate the same timeframe subject to availability. The earlier we see the worker, the better the outcome.
Yes. We offer both in-clinic (Parramatta) and on-site delivery across Greater Western Sydney. For worksite visits, job-demand assessments, and early intervention consults at your premises, we come to you. Contact us to discuss which delivery model makes sense for your site.
Yes. Employer-funded early intervention is paid directly by the employer and delivered from the time of injury until a claim is accepted or resolved. It is separate from — and complementary to — any workers compensation claim. Once a claim is accepted, treatment transitions to the scheme rate. This is the model that shortens claim duration most effectively.
